Park in the front or the rear -- it doesn't matter which of the two doors you walk through! Additionally, unlike in many two-story apartment complexes, each unit in The District has a ground-floor entrance. This means no walking upstairs to get back to your crib, and lessens the amount of furniture you have to haul up a staircase.
